It's a pretty good little park. It is very kid friendly and secluded. It has basketball play area as well as couple of picnic tables. No grills or anything like that, but if you bring some snacks for your kids you will have somewhere to sit down.

Yes. Tons of space. Might need to check city ordnance though, but in my opinion, it should be perfect
