Where is any one supposed to park. Is this park only for the wealthy inhabitants of the area? Is this a publicly maintained park?

You can park in the other side of BeltLine. Or, if you like there is a church at the end of Winwood and Celestial. (Lots of people park there.) There is also some parking in front of Celestial park. But, yeah, mostly, this is a neighborhood park.

There is a place near the citidog daycare. Just keep going and you'll come to round about. The parking lot is to your right of the round-about 🙂
