A good place to stop for a reasonable rate. We stayed 2 nights. Cash only. The utilities worked well. This place is mostly long term with a few rentals way in the back. The back area could use some cleanup and maintenance. We will be back when in the area.

We stayed here due to price and one of the only rv parks open at the time we needed to move. No bells and whistles, but the price was manageable. Unfortunately we had a lot of issues with people blasting their music EXCESSIVELY LOUD all night long and various hours during the night. We complained several times as well as spoke to the neighbors ourselves about turning it down. Management did tell the people to turn it down, but it continued the entire month and 11 days we were there. We didn't get a good night's sleep once, even with trying to use headphones and earplugs to block it out, to no avail. Trains, planes, chickens and roosters also caused a lot of noise and the chickens/roosters left several scratch marks on top of my vehicle. After finally calling the owners to try to get a refund, which we knew we probably wouldn't get, we bit our losses and moved. If you do have issues here, be sure to let the owners know, as we only contacted management and the owners seemed to say we should have called them too. We are much happier now and wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a good night's sleep. This is all from our personal experiences during the short stay we had.
