All reviews here are valid, no hot water( likely due to water heater adjusting), poor customer service, has the appearance of a vagrant half way house, overly priced(do not believe the online quote I paid $85 on a Tuesday), do not leave valuables in your vehicle. Zero percent sense of security here, do yourself a favor and drive 45 minutes down the road to another establishment. 1 plus the room, bed, towels were clean. Barely deserving a 2 star but I’m being generous here.

HALFWAY HOUSE! PAY MORE TO STAY ELSEWHERE - YOUR FAMILY'S SAFETY DEPENDS ON IT! Staff was rude, woman checking us in took over 30 mins because she was Facetiming a friend or family member and laughing the whole time. After insulting and embarrassing my mother in law in front of the entire lobby by pointing out her hair color on her ID didn't match her *GREY* natural haircolor - we were charged incorrectly for a double bed - without being asked. They said that was all they had even though my booking.com reservation was for a single bed. Got to the room, it was not serviced and had towels and bed sheets on the ground. Didn't get a new room for another hour because they needed to send photos as proof that the room was dirty. Was told to wait in front of the room with my luggage where I was then asked by two STRANGERS if they could STAY WITH ME IN MY ROOM. I called security and didn't see them for the rest of the night - we were told they do this regularly. Finally got a room with one large towel and 7 hand towels for some reason? No soap, no toiletries, no hair dryer and tv wires hanging out of the wall. I locked all my doors and windows and could not wait for my stay to be over. Second night I had the room next to us try to open the connecting door thinking it was the bathroom. I'm assuming they were on drugs being that they were bumping music and smoking cigarettes in a nonsmoking room at 5 AM. I feared for my safety and experienced the lowest quality of customer service I have ever experienced at a motel 6. And this is coming from an easy to please traveler on a budget! I've stayed at several Motel 6 throughout Texas and NEVER THIS BAD. MOTEL 6 - DON'T LET THE FAMILY RUNNING THIS LOCATION RUIN YOUR COMPANYS REPUTATION!

Room had open soap upon entry, Ross clothing store tag as well as hair in the hand towel holding area in the restroom, pillow cases as well as sheets had stains, the outer sheet had 7 holes, the blanket and fitted sheets had even more and was told I could not receive clean linens until the next morning. Totally not worth the 180 for 2 nights. Could have slept in my car and I would have felt safer.

When checking in their system was supposedly down and couldn't give us a room key so house keeping had to let us in room. Didn't get a room key till after 6pm when we checked in at 3pm. Then the key didn't even work either. None of their ice machines worked on any floor, the fridge was so frozen over we had to unplug it so it could defrost and possibly be able to use it. There was only two outlets in the whole room, one where the TV was plugged and one for the a/c in room. None by the beds or night stands. There is no kind of breakfast served or anything. For the amount we paid to stayed for one night was definitely wasn't worth it and won't be staying here again. Didn't feel very safe here either.
