Called at 1:50PM asking if they had any available appointments or walk in for 2:00PM. Said I’d have to come in to be able to get a tattoo or check wait time. Arrived at 2:00. Ask for what I was getting and quoted me $80.00 but wasn’t sure since it was based on size. The man with only hair in the middle. Older man about 40s. No hair on sides. Blonde hair. advised it be about a minute. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before he asked for payment even tho we had been waiting one hour and was told it be just a minute. No help. Nobody talked during the one hour wait. He was rude. Honestly think it’s cuz of our race being Mexican. When a group of 2 different races arrived he quoted them 45 minutes and gave them forms to fill out but not us we were just waiting.

Best place and very professional they have never done our tattoos but my friends have had them done and they are awesome. They have done all piercings that me and my daughter have it's painless and always done correctly.

Had such an awesome experience with Marc doing my daith! Even though I unintentionally interrupted him on his way to get food, he was more than happy to help me out. I went in for a different piercing that he determined (after a lot of inspecting) I did not have appropriate anatomy for rather than taking my money and doing it anyway. For such a painful piercing, he made me feel very comfortable and I can't wait to have more piercings done here! Great place overall, Sandra did my septum a few months back and I had just as much of a positive experience then.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but I have been dwelling on my experience since i came here. I drove an hour to this place because they were the most affordable from the 3 in the Dallas area certified by the APP that offer the material I need due to my sensitive skin. Let me tell you, they do not listen to you. The lady at the front kept talking over me, and ended up overcharging me because so assumed I needed a fresh piercing instead of just a new one put in. Had she not been in the room I would have paid way more extra money. I believe Marc was my piercer and i’ve never felt so uncomfortable and invalidated and nervous to get want I wanted out of my piercing. I wanted a second helix, so I wanted the second one in a particular place above the first one. He constantly misplaced my marker dot and would huff and puff and make comments when I’d politely tell him to change it. I would describe where I wanted it each time and even pointed but somehow it would end up way wrong. He didn’t try to clarify or anything, just continued to get more and more frustrated at me. At one point after about the 3rd time redoing it he says “so where I had it before..” AND PROCEEDS TO PUT IT BELOW THE HELIX I ALREADY HAVE :). He had to redo the marker placement about 5-6 times (I wonder why) and had the nerve to complain and have an attitude the whole entire time. I eventually just said “it’s fine” and in reality it wasn't fine. It turned out cute luckily, but I felt so uncomfortable that I just went with it so I could leave. Trust me, if there were better options for me I would not have gotten pierced this day. That’s how rude he was. I decided to keep quiet because I figured I’d probably come here often but I’ve decided to never return. Worst piercing experience ever and I have 8 from different places.
