I’ve had a great experience purchasing my used car from here. My sales associate Arianna has been friendly and very accommodating of me living out of state. She’s been very helpful and made everything from the test drive to completing the purchase a very easy and smooth process. Although the car itself needed some work and had a couple items missing the dealership was very agreeable to get those issues resolved and even replace a piece of interior trim that was damaged. Overall AutoCenter has been great towards me and I’ve enjoyed my experience purchasing a vehicle there.

I was looking for a new van and they had exactly what I was looking for. My husband called and made an appointment. We took it for a test drive and decided to go ahead and purchase the car. Arianna was great! Kept us informed the through the entire process. My husband even said that this was the easiest car purchase he’s ever made. I have to say, this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. No nonsense, no swindling, just straight up professional business people wanting to help you get into a great dependable vehicle. The communication was non stop, even with a few after hours questions. The most upfront and transparent car lot I have ever stepped on. If you have half the experience I had, you will be pleasantly pleased. My sales person Arianna was on point the whole process and answered me in a timely manner and was clear about everything. She made it very easy and was great to work with. The finance department, which we all know how most places are, were fantastic. Mo got me approved and even after I decided on a deal, Mo came to me with another option, he just wanted to make sure I had all my options laid out before making the final decision. Where else would do that ? I highly recommend you take a look if you are on the hunt for a "new" vehicle.

They are totally scam. I sent mail for one car availability, they back wrote me "yes it is available, you can see here" and then I went to Autocenter place, one of sales person said to me "this car sold 2-3 days ago". They wasted my 2 hours.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase within 3 days and/or 300 miles car dealership will swap out your vehicle. 3 Day Exchange Requirements: - You MUST qualify for the necessary financing on the replacement vehicle. - The full amount of the original purchase price will be applied towards the new vehicle with no cash back. - Warranties may transfer if applicable. - If a trade was a part of the first purchase the value of the trade will be moved to the second purchase. - Swap must be completed at the Autocenter Sales & Service car dealership - Incentives are non-transferable
