ive been ordering wigs from catalogs for years. i never had a problem but ordered online today for hair spray only. seemed easy. i will see how it goes.

The lady was very nice and explained everything in detail. I was disappointed because I had a wig I never used (still in its box and had it's tags on it) that I was planning on returning, but they won't take it back after 30 days. She helped me find the right size and a very nice one. I wish their return policy was a little more lenient. I would have been happy with a store credit.

I bought a wig for my fiance online. I paid for overnight shipping as this was a birthday present. They charged me but did not overnight this won't even ship for two more days. They left the charge on my card and aren't doing anything to expedite the shipment. When I called the customer service rep was rude short and dismissive. Other retailers that care about their customers set better expectations and provide better customer service. I may change this review depending on their response and the order when I finally receive it. We will see if they are capable of service recovery. I should have purchased elsewhere.

The highest priced wigs carried in store are human hair wigs. The most being $299. Lower priced wigs are $29.99 are clearance. Regular sale price are $34.99 and up
Try soaking it in a sink cold water with 1/4 c of conditioner. Swish around a few times over an hour or 2. Rinse in a sink of cold water, carefully roll it in a bath towel to get most of the water off. Shake it, then put it on your wig stand to dry.

No, there's only one store, here in the US. Paula Young does ship internationally, though. The easiest way, is to order online through the website. A catalog might take a long time to get to you if you call and request it. And mailing out a catalog usually means there won't be a tracking number.

why not just call and ask? also that number doesnt look like any paula young order number
Not in the actual store, gabor is a brand only sold on the website, so it only ships directly from the manufacturer
On you tube has tons of videos explain how to care and store your wigs, not sure how something like this can be answered by typing on reviews. Or better if you ask in person at the store.

Most of the wigs have adjusters, so the difference might be because they adjusted differently. Flip the wig that fits the best and match the one that doesn't to the the one that fits comfortably
