Don’t walk away run away. I’ve been forced to do business with the former Harvey’s now Lansing over the years and they just can’t seem to put one foot in front of the other. From lazy staff to down right making it clear they could care less about anything! The entire lobby avoids eye contact, I’m guessing bc they’ll have to do something. When someone walks in front of you they stare at their screen and ask how can I help with a tone that you’re an inconvenience. Everyone seems to be withdrawn, I’m imaging from being yelled at by angry customers. I’ve personally interacted with at least 50 past and present employees and found one to be professional, polite and caring. The rest of my interactions were like pulling teeth. Ive placed twelve orders over the last 5 years and ALL had major set backs. From wrong sizes, wrong parts, poorly assembled, missing items. On the more serious issues managers would tell me to tell my customers they would come out as a courtesy, then never follow through even when prompted several times. The reason for the post today is bc I called in looking to get a quote on a roof order and the person who was producing the quote couldn’t answer simple product questions and would leave the phone blank for minutes at a time. You don’t have to believe me, just give them a ring!

The worst company that I ever had to deal with. Called a salesman to meet a customer and order windows and doors, he ordered the wrong size windows and the wrong door... I could manage to adjust the framing to install the windows, but the customer didn’t want the door and I brought it back to them, after nine months trying to solve it , they said they’re not a storage facility and that they don’t have the old door and also don’t want to give me my $3600 back . Rip off... Stay away from them

Pleasant and professional employees, that know what they're doing. Supplying quality products at reasonable prices. I just finished replacing the roof of a shed with their landmark cottage red shingles. And it came out great and the homeowner said it looks awesome
