i went in for an appointment with jacy and my tattoo was completely blown out after a few days. the tattoo is also uneven, as it is a completely symmetric design. i was offered a free fix by the owner using color toned shading. i had a feeling the ink he used was way too dark for my skin tone but i trusted him since he has years of experience. i was told it would fade out and look natural but after a month it is still extremely orange and spotty. the execution by both artists was very poor in my opinion. however, they are very nice and apologetic people who stayed in constant communication with me through this process. overall i think that the tattoo is pretty much a disaster and i believe that i was overcharged, considering that jacy is still an apprentice.

Sam is awesome! He was super friendly and made my vision come to life. I got my first tattoo done and he made me feel comfortable and it came out great!!

Incredibly rude over the phone and impatient. Called in to ask if they had any openings and ended up telling the man on the other end that he was being so rude that I would not give him my business. You can probably get a better tattoo at a place where the owners and employees aren’t jacka**es

I got my third tattoo, TPWK inspired by Harry! The tattoo artist was amazing! I absolutely love how it looks and they accept walk ins so that was amazing! Will be returning for more :)
