I emailed three documents with clear instructions of how many copies of each to print; 12 of one and 4 each of the other two. They printed 12 of the wrong one, and unfortunately I was in a rush and didn't count them before I left, so I was out of luck and we suffered an unknown amount of lost business due to not having the desired amount of flyers at our event. Upped from one star because I was given a full refund.

Staff wasn't great. The trainee couldn't follow directions. I GET IT. You're in training and maybe haven't worked customer service before, but after explaining what needed to be shipped and in what order 5 times someone else needs to step in. That didn't happen. Manager comes over and gets loud with me because of their ineptitude. The two other employees I worked with were incredibly helpful, knew what they were doing and were great at their jobs. Won't be shipping from this location ever again though.

I just wanted 1 page printed for some flyers and i got sent around to 3 different people. Then when i got back to the first person i talked to they said they would charge me $7.50. Ive had this same issue before with getting my flyers printed but never had such bad service. Im a business owner and im very dissappointed at this location.

Fantastic and friendly FedEx staff! Also a great place to have packages held when you're out on vacation or worried about the delivery in any other way. I recently came here to pick up a package I selected for "Hold at Location" while I was away, and it's just so much more reassuring to have actual FedEx employees there to help you with anything (compared to say, a Walgreens). While I was there I also got to play with the laminating machine for a new permit. The staff here set everything up, explained everything quickly, and were more than happy to help me trim the final product down so that it looked neat. I will happily use their services in the future.
