Drove an hour to see the vehicle as described on CarGurus. The pictures online weren't the best but we gave it the benefit of the doubt. Showed up and the salesman sheepishly admitted it wasn't clean but 'would be detailed and everything would be cleaned up.' We took a look inside and the car was disgusting. Knobs were broken, seats were ripped with holes in them and signs of wear everywhere. This wasn't a $5k junker, we were looking to spend $25-$30k. We were again assured it would be detailed, at which point we were heading out the door. Before we could go, the salesman was so kind as to offer us a test drive of a Santa Fe that was just 'a little more expensive.' Thanks but no thanks. Stay away. We tried to give a dealership the benefit of the doubt but this one had sleaze written all over it.

The absolute worst experience ever. The salesperson texted me saying someone’s deposit fell through and asked if I wanted the vehicle. Upon asking the normal questions, how much were they asking and all the number question. She abruptly stopped texting, when I inquired the next morning I was told she left at 3:30 and someone else has put a deposit down on the vehicle. She never told me she was leaving at 3:30, she never gave me a chance to continue the process. And she started texting me 3:15, 15 min before she was going to leave. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER.

It would have been a good experience. But the vehicle had a cracked windshield on a brand new Santa Fe went on vacation for 2 weeks so they had a cash deal and 2 weeks to get everything completed. Check in the bank. Got back to take delivery. Had to wait another whole week because they didn't repair the windshield got there after a week No sticker, No gas had to go with the salesman to get the gas. Told the customer she has 7 days to get it on her own. That is not true she had 7 days from the day they issued the plates which was during the first week. And we had to wait over an hour to get all this done. So our experience was not that great.

Beware when you get your car back from the service! I just received mine with allegedly Service Pack#4 performed on my car. My mechanic husband inspected the car and discovered that no break fluid was changed, no antifreeze added, no lubrication done, etc. On a surface they rotated the tires and changed wipes and oil and called it Package 4 for which I paid nearly $500!!! I left the car for two days! You might think that they had enough time to do the right thing?! It’s such a dishonesty! Imagine you don’t know anything about the car? They lie to your eyes and send you off leaving to believe that the car is safe and fully serviced!! This is a liability! The Attorney General type of claim for sure!

Why not just go directly there and confront him? I wouldn't waste my time leaving messages for anyone at a car dealership.
I went through the same BS at the beginning of the year. The only GOOD advice I can impart is to either keep calling relentlessly and request a manager (or the manager's manager... however high up you can manage!), or simply show up in person and make a stink! I suspect you're still trying to contact your sales rep and they seem to be lackadaisical at best, getting back to you once you've signed a contract! Unfortunately, due to either gross mismanagement, or sheer incompetence, things at this dealership remains a SNAFU (Situation Normal; All Fouled Up).
It's not.
