Great spot to catch the light rail to downtown. Park in the surface lot.

I've given this a 5 star rating before, but now, sad to say, there aren't enough parking spaces. Gas is so expensive. More people taking rapid transit, and that's GREAT. But, now not enough parking spaces. Sad that the parking garage isn't free to light rail users. Should be.

Nice way to come back from a trip with my car broken into

It does exactly what it should, but could use better wheelchair access from the adjacent parking lot. I'm sure others have suggested turning half the stairs into ramps, but that will cause problems in the winter.

Pretty good on a weekend. Weekday too if you arrive early enough.
You'll most likely find parking at that time as the early morning commuters are going to be leaving around that time.
The surface lot and one of the garages are free
Parking is a breeze at 6am with plenty of spaces open in the free lot. Both of the garages are now pay to park.
As far as I know it is open 24 hours
No you cannot park overnight at the Transit center. Being it's still Seattle, you can always park overnight on any one of the many side streets though.
As long as it isn't a student or disabled pass..
