This is my fourth vehicle I have gotten at Boch Toyota South. Claude Augmon is the best salesman I have ever worked with! He is always friendly, knowledgeable and makes me feel like an old friend. He has gone above and beyond to get me what I am looking for in price and color of my vehicles. If Claude can not be there when I come in to finalize my lease, he makes sure I get another great sales guy to go through the car before I leave. This time was Matt! Matt went above and beyond to complete my pickup. He helped me go through the new car and program the Bluetooth before I left. And said if I need anything to ask for him if Claude is unavailable. I highly recommend Claude or Matt in any vehicle purchases at Boch Toyota South!

Jose Rosario was my salesman and he was all around fantastic. I would highly recommend him if you have the chance to work with him. He drove my car down from another dealership before my appointment, he even called me to confirm he was bringing the right car. He went above and beyond getting me what I wanted for my trade in, and he made sure the car buying process was easy as possible for me, and that I was happy. He was very pleasant, easy to talk too and wasn't pushy or anything like that. As a young female I really appreciate that. I would 100% buy a car from him again! Thanks for everything Jose :) appreciate you! I'm very happy with my new car and the whole process of buying it! Also, he had to order a spare tire kit for me, it was unclear whether it was an inflation kit or a physical spare tire, he got me both!!! Registration & inspection taken care of, couldn't be happier!

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Boch Toyota South. Claude is hands down the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I wish I had met him sooner so he could have been my salesman for my previous purchases. Any questions I had were answered and my payments are where I needed them to be. He even decorated a sign for when I picked the vehicle up. If you’re looking for a new car go see Claude! He will take care of you without a doubt. Great customer service!

No on the customer service, yes on the coffee. Here's a copy of the 2nd half of my review: UPDATE 9-5-2018 A few weeks following my above review, I received a phone call from the General Manager if Sales at Boch. He left a message saying he saw my review, asking me to call home back so we could resolve this issue. I have called that number many ti.rs each week since he called, while each call was unanswered & the recording stating that the mailbox was full & could not accept any new messages. This GM's actions only reinforces the lack of customer service, lack of attention to details & shows how this stores main focus is taking your dollar and their overall profits. They most certainly, overall, have a truly minimal concern for their customers satisfaction.

If you go online there is usually a general list presented by Toyota. You can get better deals when you go in and check things out. My girl and I had a great experience there
There is not much change between the two. Depends on what you are looking for, the 2020 models now have apple carplay and Amazon Alexa and the higher trims add a 7 inch screen. So if you have an iPhone and like the car integration 2020 is a goo way to go. If that's not that important to you and the 2019 had a significant discount then go 2019. The MSRP between the models for a new car is only about $180 and $450 depending in the trim. I would say unless the 2019 has a significant discount buy the 2020.

Unfortunately a nail in your tire is not covered by any type of warranty with a new vehicle due to road hazard. Although it is recommended to replace the tire with the factory recommended brand you can replace the tire with the correct size and speed rating for your vehicle with any brand you choose.

They will sell you any car for 39 dollar a month, if you put down a ton of money first. Payments like that are really meaningless. Find out the total cost of the lease.

Ask your lender the final amount and send it in. I have an account with Toyota and I can always view the amount owed including payoff amount
