Was new to this store (I've used other HEB's but this one was closer to me). Went in to pick up a Rx and had an issue with my prescription card. First guy was nice, but not helpful. Went a second time with a possible solution to the problem and had to deal with some 19 year old who was nothing but rude, abrupt and full of attitude. I'm a 54 year old vet, I don't take attitude from children. Turned around and left before I lost my temper. Called and switched to another pharmacy. If you're going to run a business and hire teenagers, teach them how to politely deal with adults. Won't step foot in that store for anything again
