This is the second time this week where I’ve called in the morning to arrange for prescription delivery only to have no one show up. The first time they claimed it was a payment issue but I didn’t receive any message from them and by the time I called to follow up (which I shouldn’t even have to do), it was 15 minutes past when you can request delivery and so I couldn’t get my meds. Today, I called in the morning to request my medication be delivered and nothing showed up, so I called to follow up and they assured me the medication had been picked up by the delivery person and would be delivered to me. Well it’s 9 pm and no one has come, and of course the pharmacy is closed so I have no idea where my prescriptions are or if they’re coming tonight or what. Really poor communication from this pharmacy. Stay away!

This pharmacy does not seem to keep accurate or up to date records. My doctor's office has repeatedly resent the same Rx but HEB never seems to have the refill authorized and when they finally get it, they fill it with the generic version. I have asked many times not to have generic version (I'm allergic) and they say they will make a note. Every month I return and get the generic version again. I give up.

My preferred pharmacy is HEB on 7th Street. Been a customer there for over 5 years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. No complaints on customer service. My prescriptions are on auto fill and I am notified when they are ready, by text and phone call. I really enjoy the fact that they deliver free of charge. Never had a problem.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The employees are incompetent and rude. Sorry you hate your life because your job consists of transferring pills into bottles, but maybe if you learned how to spell or read you could get something better. Until then, it is your job so try to do it somewhat competently and don’t take your misery out on customers.
