HEB pharmacy people really enjoy helping you. They have given me extra information beyond just here's the thing you asked about. Pharmacists in general I've found really like sharing knowledge. First thing I do for a medical thing, of course Google, couple fairly science based sites like WebMD, couple notes. Next, interact with a fellow human being, one who chose a hard expensive school just for this moment. A person needing what they have to give. Studies show helping someone triggers release of endorphins, to reward center of brain. Can't argue with multiple studies, or the two million years of collaborative behavior that kept our species alive this long. Anyway Call any store pharmacy, drugstore and supermarket. Ask that person, couple more notes; call another. It's worked for me, DIY research of 3 sources & see if all say same. We're in the Information Age, we pay for all the computer power, the industrial systems of health care, food, whatever so may as well work the system. Plus the people at HEB, at least the one up Burnet, seem pleased to be working there and take pride in getting you what you need. Won't name some other chains where I've gotten the Oh, just drop your money and don't talk to me. Our dollar is a vote that always counts - we have that power to use, feed the ones who give us respect, kindness.

My medication fill was repeatedly delayed, changing from "in process" to "not fillable" w/o explanation. Confused and frustrated, I called in to see what the problem was. Laura took the time to immediately resolve my issue over the phone. She quickly determined the problem, explained the situation to me, and found a solution that allowed me to get most of my prescription filled that same day despite supply chain issues. I greatly appreciate the kind and helpful staff at this pharmacy.

I had to pay for my daughters prescription because you guys kept claiming her birthday didn’t match yet I didn’t have this issue anywhere else. Then you guys refused to fill the rest of a prescription that a doctor accidentally gave my husband a not enough dose of. Pharmacist and the workers are both extremely rude and dismissive, interrupted me none stop. Never using this place again !

Worst pharmacy ever. Every time I had to wait forever to get my prescriptions. They are rude, disrespectful and condescending. Once the pharmacist didn't agree with my doctor, and wouldn't call them. She in fact lied about calling them, I had to do it wasting my time. Then I discovered that she didn't even get my first and last names right on the pill bottles. She didn't check my ID, so technically gave meds to the wrong person, congratulations!
