Been a resident here for almost 3 years. My stay here has been comfortable due to the new office manager Kelly and maintenance person Angel! I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a safe and quiet place to call home.

I love my apartment, the location, and the set up ! The manager "Kelly" literally made my move in process the easiest I could've ever imagined. She's super patient and is very helpful. She responds in a timely matter. And not to mention....my view is amazing 😍, the maintenance is good as far as I know everything has been great for me . I LOVE IT HERE !

Best apartments in Mesquite Tx! The outside is always clean and the gates are always working. I have lived in apartments for over 15 years and this one is by far the best . Rent just went up but searched several others and after seeing the poor customer service at nearly every place we looked, my family was happy to stay here where we feel safe. Carrie is the manager and she has been absolutely amazing. Going on 4 years and signing for another year. By far the best around. I am not one that posts reviews but after seeing the poor service and trashy apartments in this town, I felt like people should know the facts.

I moved into Central Park 4 months ago. Carrie showed me the apartment and even though it was a little higher than I wanted to pay, I leased there due to her constant persistence and kindness. I knew based on that the service would be outstanding! And after months have gone by, I was exactly right. Every time I need something, Carrie has helped me and made me feel like she really appreciates me. I certainly did not have this service at my previous complex. The pool is always so inviting and clean. The property at night is so quiet and beautiful! I have told my friends about it and are on a waiting list to move here also. Not sure why there are bad reviews. I have always been able to reach Carrie after hours for emergency and was handled immediately! Only thing I would like to suggest is a pool party where I can meet all my neighbors.

You'll have to call the office. There is a waiting list for one bedrooms. I tried to get in (with perfect credit and rent history) last year, but to no avail. The management plays games, as in "no openings now, but check back next week". When you come back, they aren't there.
No they have pest control if there is you just tell the managers and they send but people are wasp people but they keep it very neat and tidy
