I had Jasmin for service representative in the service department. She was perfect from initial call setting up my service to when I got. I had a lot of business work to do since I would be there all day. I brought my laptop and work forms etc. Jasmin made sure I was in a private area to do my business calls etc. She kept me updated from when they pulled my truck in to be worked on. When they started the work and approximate time they would be finished. I looked in machine for a coke zero they didn't carry it and what do u know when Jasmin went to lunch She brought me one back. Super nice. She was very professional and explained my bill well. I travel 1 &1/2 hrs here to get my service work on my vehicle because they are the best at what they do here. So if you haven't tried them what are u waiting for go ahead give them a try. Ask for Jasmin in service shell take good care of you. I had her the last time as well great staff and all of them are professional and polite and I met a lot of them over the past 8 years of coming here.

Courteous and professional service team staff. Welcomed me at arrival. Jarvis (service rep) was a pleasure to work with. He explained the service to be done. Waiting room was comfortable and my wait time was in line with the timing Jarvis stated. Appreciated that I could pick up the truck inside the service bay as it was raining outside. This visit synced with the similar customer-friendly experience in the new car showroom 9 months ago.

Service for my Cadillac SRX John was extremely friendly and efficient! I made an appointment for a recall item, and he verified that the part was in stock and booked my appointment over the phone. They found my brakes to be worn at 1mm, and called to let me know that parts were also in stock, and they could get it done while the vehicle was in the garage He had the total cost ready, which was a fair price. They also helped correct and reset my tire pressure sensor/readings, since they were wrong from a recent tire rotation (in NH), and this was done at no additional charge. I received my vehicle back better than I left it, all items fixed, and a clean wash and vacuum!!
