This Staples store is less crowded (Which is a MAJOR PLUS In My Opinion!) However, I find the "Customer Service" to be very lackluster at best until the very end of the trip there! Furthermore, Target at U.N.C. Franklin St. in Chapel Hill has better "Customer Service anyways as does the Staples in Chapel Hill!

Terri is an AMAZING person and supervisor I just opened a new business and even with my extensive knowledge of computers I was stressed and she helped me so much with my project Even when a long line developed. She was attentive, kind, and courteous to EVERYONE. AND she was helping more than one person at a time. Effectively Please give her a raise or a bonus or something. I worked with Jessie at this location who was EXTREMELY kind and helpful in assisting me with getting a package sent out. She went out of her way to help me with a shipping label print out and also offered to assist with shipping the label straight for the store. Jessie made a stressful situation painless for me and I wanted to shout her out!
