Every time it rains, the front passenger side floor board gets soaked. All of them windows are up. Could it be the old weather stripping on my 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix needs replacing?

It sounds like, it could be one of your drain weep holes in the cowl, where the wipers are could be stopped up could be letting water in
