Update: They didn't even fix what they were supposed to. I asked them to reattach the gravel shield, but it's already falling off again 4 days later amidst a 6-hour drive. Found a place along a highway to reattach it, no thanks to any of the Honda dealerships in the area. Original review: Made a service appointment for 7:15am--the earliest time slot possible--on a Wednesday, and yet the place was somehow already backed up to the point of my car sitting in the parking lot for a full hour before they started working on it. Once they were finished, I get a bill for $250 despite a $150 estimate. I ask how $150 became $250, and it was due to a repair already included in the initial estimate. I ask how something in the original estimate somehow became $100 more expensive, and my bill was testily reduced back to $150. Not sure if the guy was trying to straight up hose me or if it was some garden-variety incompetence, but I'll never go here again.

I arrived for my 12pm appointment where I waited about 5-7 minutes and wasn't acknowledged. There were about 5 reps at various work stations and only 2 of them were assisting other customers. Even if the other 3 were busy, they certainly could have acknowledged my presence to let me know someone would be with me shortly. It wasn't until I approached a gentlemen to ask for assistance. He immediately assisted me which means he could have done the very same thing without me initiating the contact. It wasn't until he checked me in that I was notified it would be a 2 hour wait because "Friday and Saturday's are busy days." This was also frustrating because I had spoken to two different servicemen via telephone the day before to inquire about the availability of the key and not one of them explained the process or wait time. The wait time ended up being 3 hours and I had to contact Honda to inquire about the status of my vehicle. It was then that I was told my car was ready. Once I arrived I was told the part needed to replace my airbags wasn't in stock and had to be ordered. Which means I have to now return to this place, that provided poor customer service to, have the issue fixed. The ONLY highlight of my experience was a saleswoman named Deborah who was extremely friendly and accommodating. Based on my experience, this wouldn't be a highly recommended place.

Thank you Joe D. for providing EXCELLENT SERVICE for me this morning bright and early :) This is my second wonderful experience at this dealership. This time I had a nail lodged in my tire. Joe showed me the damage and provided a quick fix at no charge. I really trust Crown Honda to take care of me honestly and professionally. I live closer to another location, but will continually choose Crown Honda of Southpoint because I know that Joe and Brett (my last advisor) truly care about their customers. And that is what it's all about. Thank you again, Joe. I could not be happier with my experience today :)

Our experience at Crown Honda was fantastic. The salesman and everyone that worked there spent the time to explain and make the buying process of a new vehicle pleasant. We traveled an hour to get there and the trip was well worth it. Crown beat the price of the car from all other dealerships we went to. They worked diligently to get us where we needed to be for the price of the car. I would highly recommend Crown Honda to anyone and we will be back to buy another vehicle.

Put the key in the ignition and turn it to the on position but don't start the engine hold the reset button until you see the air pressure light blinks 3 times then release the button
Yes. They will take a look at the concern and either fix it while you wait or schedule a time to come back, depending on how busy the service department is. Good luck!
They have shields in place, service associates wear masks and masks are required of customers. Seating is 6' a part and there are shields between most seating areas.
I don't know you would have to ask them at Crown Honda.
No. Not that I know of at this dealership and I just bought a car from them about a month ago. I didn't get any coupons or heads up about a first free service appointment.
I think it would be best to call and ask
