Had to stop my service bc I couldn't run just 1 computer and 1 phone on it for work in my home.

So far so good. Unfortunately where the cable for modem is located is downstairs basement bedroom on opposite side of house from where we mainly use the WiFi so is a little spotty at time. Currently using a router mesh system to help improve coverage. If need be will end up contacting to have a technician come out and get the cable outlet in living room hooked up to get us better speed where we use the internet.

I was recently updated to the Firestick as Sparklight is getting rid of all cable boxes. I was concerned about this change but I am pleasantly surprised at how easy this is to operate! Your tech who set this up for me was very helpful & answered all my questions.
