I used Body Works Plus to replace the back bumper on my 2017 Acura MDX. The repair hit a couple of snags when they needed additional parts to complete the job. The General Manager and other employees were easy to work with and communicated with me frequently to provide updates on the estimated completion of the work. When I picked the car up, it was freshly cleaned and looked amazing. This is my second time using Body Works Plus and I highly recommend this business!

Absolutely the best quality paint and body work in Charlotte! A deer hit our brand new 2022 Honda Odyssey so I was obviously nervous about getting a repair considering what will happen to the value of the car if the repairs are poor quality. The team at Body Works Plus absolutely knocked it out of the park with the repair and paint quality and color match, and took great care of us, keeping us informed every step of the way. I haven’t been to the shop or had work done on my vehicle, however the kind folks that own/run the shop are some of the best you’ll find! My mom has colon cancer and though she is strong and will beat it the bills are insane. I had a sporting event to raise money for her and the owner stepped up and donated to the event!!! I know Rob by other than that I don’t know anyone and they donated to help my mom! That in itself says more than I needed to but I needed to share that these folks aren’t just great at their job they are genuine good people!
