C&J service has always provided consistent reliable service on clean, comfortable buses with pleasant drivers. The people behind the desk are extremely helpful and pleasant, making my experience of a Southwest switch to Manchester more palatable by refunding my unused return ticket from Logan (since I rarely travel now). We are very fortunate to have this reliable service to and from Logan to avoid having to drive and find parking close to the airport. I am extremely grateful.

I love C&J! I would highly recommend it to commuters going into Boston or travelers going to the airport. Before working from home I used to commute on the bus several times a week. We decided use C&J when we coming home from Logan airport with my three young children earlier this week. I accidentally forgot my luggage the bus. The whole process to get my luggage back was seamless. I notified the customer service representative at the terminal. He notified the driver. Once the bus reached its destination they called to confirm my luggage was there. The luggage was back to us with 30 minutes on another bus. We waited at the bus depot for the luggage to be returned and everything including the bathrooms were very clean. Do not hesitate to use this service. You will not be disappointed.

It was easy, it was a smooth ride, the driver was great and very friendly, and the pricing was very reasonable. Taking the bus removed the usually stressful commute to Logan. It was a great way to start and end my trip. The one stop in Seabrook was efficient and we were back on route both ways very quickly. There were some folks who arrived exactly at the departure time but still needed to park their car but to keep the rest of us on time, we left. I really liked the commitment to schedule and efficiency for the rest of us who had places to be. Thank you C&J.

This is a real quality bus line and it is always a delight to ride with them. The entire experience is pleasant, from easy online ticket purchase (or at the desk if you prefer) to a really comfortable ride. The indoor staff and all the drivers are pleasant. They have pride in their bus line and it shows. The buses are comfortable and clean. It is such a great alternative to trying to park at the airport (and much cheaper than parking!) and it is nice not to have to deal with driving in any way. Also the parking is free. Some locations closed due to Covid and I would like to see those open back up.

Can self park for up to 3 weeks for free. Can valet for $7. also have security, clean bathrooms and a comfy place to wait. Buy Tix online or at counter. Best way to travel - we use C&J to go to Logan from Portsmouth 👍
Of course, as everybody say bus runs every hour no problems.
Absolutely! And your tickets expire a FULL YEAR after purchase.
Each terminal has a bus stop. They are described on the C and J web site.
Not sure. You can go to website and see schedule. Sorry I couldn't help
They will come but are not always waiting. A call to the service you use works the best.
Wow great question! I would think they'd just want a rough idea of where you parked so they could clean it up when you leave. I wasn't aware we'd be responsible for shoveling. Now if you borrowed a shovel from them I get it in a sense that they cant replace every shovel someone"accidentally" takes home but still...
Look at signs for scheduled buses . wait near the sign that has New Hampshire listed.
They have a valet service in portsmouth that cost 20 dollars for up to 3 weeks. I paid for the service online when I bought the bus ticket and my wife picked up the car 3 days after when she returned from her trip. Great, well organized service
I believe so. Give em a call to make sure
Not in Portsmouth as far as I know. Give em a call
Best to give them a call. They are very friendly and helpful
Yes. I've also seen it work the other way where someone manages to catch an earlier bus than they reserved. They're very accommodating.
In Portsmouth I believe up to 7 days free parking
310pm, 410pm, 510pm.... those times are from terminal A. They usually leave Terminal E (last terminal) ten to twenty minutes after that
Call C&J Valet
You can bring food on board but you can't eat it on board was my understanding.
It's pretty busy during the weekend...
Not sure about today, but we had to park way out in the outer lot (along the street) and hoof it over to the terminal on Nov. 5, a Friday. Fridays and Sundays tend to be the most crowded. Always allow extra time for this reason!
Yup !!! Any trip
C and J was helpful from Logan to Portsmouth. It would be nice to have a commuter rail connection to Portsmouth. But probably would be unfeasible without a toll for using 95 north of Boston.
I've seen cats in a carrier. Policy might have changed though. Dogs not sure. I would call them. They pick up the phone which is rare these days.
No car rentals but cabs and local buses are available
I ride twice a week and no valet parking
Yes, there was but they made changes due to covid and that may have changed. But I believe certain runs give 1/2 price but not all runs.
Parking is free. If you leave your vehicle for more than 14 days, you'll have to inform the front desk
Yes
August 2nd
I know they go to South station
As I understand it. If their buses are running they will have your car at the terminal waiting for you as long as you text them in advance.
Unfortunately, no there will not be a valet there at that time. Valet intake is 530 AM to 6 PM daily. However, in the early hours of the morning there is usually ample parking close to the main terminal.
Tickets are good for at least 30 days .
If you booked online your confirmation and ticket can be retrieved at the time of online purchase and/or from the email you registered with. If you purchased your ticket in person the ticket provided at that time serves as your confirmation. For boarding be sure to bring valid ID that matches the name on your ticket.
I think so. If you let them know what time your coming in they will have it at the bus stop for you.
The staff will normally take your car keys and find a spot for you if they are fulI. We have never had a problem.
There is a Fairfield Inn about 5 minutes away.
No. They do not serve Pease If you were able to get to the bus station, you'd be VERY close to Pease
Yes. But evrn if onr of thr locationd didn't have staff available, say coming into Logan late night, they'll hold your license and you pay at the destination. They are very accommodating for stuff like that.
The last bus on Christmas day has left. It is was at 6pm.
Port Authority Terminal, 625 8th Avenue, NYC
Yeah.. They do
If leaving from Portsmouth, I would take the 6 am. It will take at most 1.5 hours, getti g you to Logan at 7:15 am.
