The unit I rented today already has a lock on it and a red lock so can’t use it. They refused to rent me the truck that I reserved online though they had 3 in the lot. I can’t get anyone to help with locked unit.

Returned a moving truck here over the weekend. The staff provided some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve seen in a while. They were fast, clearly understood their job, and did it well! There were some issues with the truck when I picked it up at a different self-serve location so they checked my account and made sure the issues were noted/disputed so I wouldn’t be held responsible. Thank you so much for being on the ball! You guys are great!!!

I had a bad experience this morning with a guy named John who was making my reservation process more difficult than it needed to be.. and the manager whoever that was backing him up with this policy they’ve never enforced the 10 other times I’ve rented the same thing… (can’t do it over the phone they’re saying)… and then I do it online anyways, which was a pain since I was working.. but I do and then I get there and mr. Cale Cornell was awesome service. This guy was fast, friendly and professional. Big props to him. He needs to be manager instead!!
