The move in experience has been awful. No follow through or call backs regarding compliants. When you are spending your money on a service and the service is subpar and lack luster, it is very frustrating.

Worst apartment complex ever. Unsafe, unreliable, and very dismissive staff. We first encountered issues when people from the neighboring area would break into vehicles at Urban House, including mines. Nothing was done from a security standpoint. They also towed my personal vehicle without any warning and gave me a harsh response whenever I visited the office to discuss the situation. There’s also not many food options and activities near the complex.

I love living at Urban House. It is definitely a hidden gem in the heart of Dallas. The staff from the office to Maintenance is very personable and ready to handle anything you need. Luis has been my point of contact and he is honestly AMAZING! From the tour down to the 7 months I have been here he has always been there ready to help. The Urban Brew is such a great concept and the staff there are great! Phillip is such a joy and I love walking in just to say hi. I 100% recommend living here! While at the pool mingling I ran into several residents who have had the same experience I have, it is such a breathe of fresh air living and loving everything about the community.

After a week searching for our next home, my wife and I came across Urban House Apartments. Silvano gave us an spectacular tour. My wife loved the community and all it has to offer. We began the leasing process and it has been a breeze with Silvano. Step by step Silvano walked us through the leasing process. Two weeks later we have our keys and are settling in. Our 5 year old Lab loves the spacious patio we now have, and with a view of downtown Dallas so do we. My wife and I appreciate Silvano and his help through this process, it couldn’t have gone better.
