my internet service goes out LITERALLY every. single. day. at least once. i’ve had a technician come and “fix” it, and it went out that same day. they’re impossible to contact without making you do bs steps to help “restore” your service, but you’re lucky if it lasts longer than an hour. terrible service constantly. ridiculous prices for such horrible service. nothing ever gets fixed.

Awful experience. For 1 they advertise no credit checks but they did a credit check anyway. 2. They were very rude and didn't want to really help you. I will never go to Comcast for services. I'm reporting then to the better business barrel. And false advertisement is illegal. I want to give a no star rating but I can't post it so I have to give one star.

Not impressed. Went to discuss getting mobil phones. Online it said for 2 lines there was no soft credit check. But they did one. Even being a customer for 5 years, never not paying still was denied a phone unless I paid in full for the phone. And my already less than 1 year old phone they say is not compatible for their service. So stupid.

I have no problem getting into mine and I have been a customer for about 17 years. Give them a call see if they can help you.

Hey donna the techs are avaiable to answer you as each tv and each remote from Comcast works differently so i would suggest calling 1-800- comcast. If it is the voice remote it is simple ... Press the voice activation and just say " closed caption off."
