I live within 2 min drive from this car wash. I came home from Vermont and my car was dirty. I went through the carwash (there was no towel dry service which was fine) at 6pm. I woke up the next morning only to see that the mud was still there. Went back and was told I needed to come the same day. Very unprofessional way to do business.

Even after so many issues with this place I still kept my business here because the membership is such a great deal. I have had to replace my sticker more times than I could count and it never works when I pull up to the wash gate. Fine. Today I had the same issue but the attendant said my sticker was expired. I pulled up my bank statement to show that I had paid for the month of June to which he agreed. Even after showing my payment he would not let me through the wash and I had to laugh. I’m here multiple times a week and I just leave irritated every time. I took my sticker off and told him have a great day! I will not be back.

This is the second time I’ve used the Canal Street location in Salem, MA to hand wash my convertible in the self washing bays. Something is terribly wrong with your rinse water! It leaves horrible dirty spots on every surface that takes elbow grease and way too much extra time to clean off after thoroughly rinsing the car off. The first time I thought I did something wrong. The second time I realized it was not me… it was the water! You guys need to figure out what’s causing this dirty rinse water that’s staining your customers’ vehicles. Until then, I won’t be returning.

The wash is cheap effective and my son definitely loves the cool colors. Who am I kidding I like the cool colors. Also ....... Free vacuum cleaners Only negative that is not worth taking off a star is they're barrels are too small so it creates a lot of over flow of garbage but they are on top of it
