This rehabilitation center is not 5 Stars it is 10!!!! My mother is currently there right now as I type this review and the care she is getting around the clock is nothing short of phenomenal!!! The best part is they personally took the time to teach me things that will allow me to properly care for my Mother when she is to return home!!! The staff is very careful & protective of the residents in their facility and I am so grateful for the way they are handling my moms delicate medical needs!!! They are treating my mom so well I am almost worried it is too good and that she is becoming spoiled that’s how good the care is there so if your wondering if this is a good place or not for your loved ones I can personally tell you as of this current time June 5th 2021 it is the absolute best place on not just the Northshore but the planet when it comes to the care of the residents in this beautiful facility!!! I promise you the staff there are true professionals and we can all learn something from them when it comes to giving the best care for all of our loved ones in their time of need!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Now that it’s AdviniaCare of Salem, I can’t say enough. I have worked here for a year and a half now as the Food Service Director and I can honestly say without any doubt in my mind that I would if needed a place for rehab or long term care for family, this is where I would want them. The utmost caring and dedication of staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and watching work with our residents and patients. Our Rehab team is outstanding! I had fallen and my hip was hurting, one of the therapists had given/shown me some simple exercises to do and he even followed up to ask how they were helping me. I can say that our residents and patients are well cared for here!

Just Awful... and this is being kind. Our father was taken there shortly after a fall at the assisted living facility where he lived (The Residence). The nursing staff was, at best, okay. However, the leadership... from the executive director down to the social worker who walked around with a clip board acting like Napoleon, was horrific. There was no communication between staff and family; they ended treatment without notice (and well before goals were achieved); there was no discharge plan; and no assistance at all with possible next steps or options. It is difficult emotionally dealing with a father's failing health... but to have to work with incompetent staff and protocols is almost unbearable. Dad is now out of Grosvenor - and for that we are thankful and couldn't be happier. As for Grosvenor... we couldn't be more disappointed or disgusted.
