Ordered hot fudge sundae with extra fudge, didn't get extra fudge, Asked for a cone on the side with my order. Specifically said plain cone on side no ice cream cone. I got to the window my order was $5.41 yes the sundae is one price. paid $288 with extra fudge. However as I asked for a plain cone on the side with my sundae I just ordered, there's an additional price like they are charging you for a vanilla cone, without the vanilla in the cone.. jeepers ISTHISREALLIFE.. it's not about the price, it's just ridiculous you have to pay an additional charge asking for a plain cone to have with your sundae that's been paid for...so almost another $3.00 for the charge of a cone with no ice cream..I didn't get the cone. I just settled for the ice cream sundae. Something this simple..then to be upset with me when I ask questions..

No soap in Mens restrooms. Soap cartridges empty. Manager was notified and she said she ran out. How can restaurant of this size and in this day and age or any day and age not allow their dining room customers to wash up with soap and water before consuming their food in the dining room. My Love My Life

Every time I go to this restaurant and unfortunately it's the closest one to my house so I frequent there a lot. There seems to be some sort of an issue I am always missing something missing half my order tonight was the final straw. I ordered a double quarter pounder two medium french fries and two double hamburgers they sent me two medium fries a double quarter pounder and two McChickens. How you seem to confuse hamburgers and make chickens I don't get and if this was honestly the first time they messed up my order hell if it was even the first time they messed up my order today I could understand but it's every single time I'm over it so I suggest everybody double check your orders help triple check your orders before leaving the canal Street McDonald's I myself personally I'm going to start driving all the way to highland Ave to get my McDonald's from now on!!
