I’ve lived here almost a year and have no complaints! It’s a nice small apartment complex with super nice people working in the office. They do their best to keep the property clean and keep everything running smoothly. We haven’t had any issues with our apartment and just resigned our lease for another year.

Pleasant place to live. The staff are friendly and always willing to help and a answer any questions I may have. My kids absolutely love the playground and don’t want to move.

So just a caution to those who want to apply here. I can not say much for the property, but I can say to the customer service and application process. For you and your spouse it cost $400. I went through the application after inquiring about a 2 bedroom, so I filled out all of the paper paid between two cards and boom done. That morning I called because there was additional paperwork that I needed to submit. They said that I was automatically declined based on credit score and debt to income ratio. Ok I understand. Wish they would had mentioned credit when I had asked about their requirements but whatever. So I asked for the email declined my application and my 300 deposit back. They stated "oh it will get mailed to you in about 30days" i got into a place because there were some easy fixes on that email but now I have to wait 30days for my money and when I asked for a faster return I got a "no if your address is correct then well get your money sent to you. Goodbye" So I know I should had made sure I could get the place but I didn't expect my spouse to have some things on his rental history whoops. But just think twice about applying because they won't tell you everything up front and you will have to wait a month after paying via card to get your money back. The jerks.

I have lived at the Arts for over 2 years now. The Management Staff has always been very nice, gracious, and helpful in any way they can. (Michaela and Brittany are fabulous.) The grounds are kept beautiful and neat, and improvements to the grounds and amenities( the pools, BBQ areas, dog park, etc.) are always being made. The response to any type of maintenance issue are always fast and efficient, and the maintenance staff (Clint and Orlando) is always knowledgeable and get things back in working order better than before. Apartments are nice and affordable. I love the location being so close to NorthEast Mall, the movie theatre, and many restaurants nearby. There is also A nice walking trail through the middle of the grounds. Pet friendly and child friendly. And I feel safe living here. Overall a great experience to date and if you are looking for a place to live in the Hurst/Fort Worth area, definitely check out the Arts at Park Place.

We are sorry if you are experiencing an after-hours emergency. If it is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 9-1-1. To arrange service, you will want to call the leasing office phone number and listen the the prompts on the voicemail. Select the prompt for an after-hours emergency, leave a message with your contact information and the on-call technician will be notified. The leasing office phone number is 817-284-9348.

Do they accept felony

Criminal background searches are completed for all applicants and residents. Most felonies will cause a denial of application but they are reviewed by an independent reviewer and depending on age of charge, type of charge, and the strength of the other qualifying criteria, some applicants may be approved.
