I live a very busy life, and with that said have a strict need for time management. Was told a certain time bracket and made my schedule around that, past the time I called and was told the guy was running late and was in another job, 30mins plus is the feeling I got. Upon cancelling, which I didn't want to do, I could sense that he was irritated, and I understand, but I would like to highlight that he remained very professional and respectful the entire time. I only passed them up because I didn't have the time to sit on it, and if the guy is reading this, I'm sorry we weren't able to complete the job with you, time sucks ya know? 4 stars for customer service absolutely!!

These guys rock. They were able to get my windshield done the same day I called. The other "big guys" couldn't come close. I was in and out in 1 hour as expected. I highly recommend them if you have a windshield or any other glass needs in the Methuen area.
