I used to work for Freightliner of AZ was there first ever mobile service mechanic they had built there first ever service truck out in Chandler but I must say the Fontana location has there stuff together and seems to run a better operation at there location then Chandler store did very professional with great costumer service

Worst ever! My husband let the mechanic know that his yard already repaired the pipe under carriage and manifold at the company yard. They ran diagnostic and Only fixed what they already repaired. Re-gen twice and sent us on our way. We aired out the cab for 5hrs, cleaned it thoroughly. last night the fumes were so bad we were awake the whole night sick and the fumes were worse than the day before. Unfortunately his company is contracted to this repair shop. I just don’t think they should be charging the company again if they are not going to fix the problem initially.

This message is written directly to the owner. Dear owner, you should not be allowed to be in business of this kind. Your management of the operations of Fontana service is downright hostile toward you customers and hurting a lot of small truckers that happen to to put their trust in your establishment. I checked my truck in for repairs and recall issues on Friday evening. It is Wednesday afternoon now and your shop failed to replace my flex exhaust pipe that was leaking and yet to check and diagnose the air leak. Who manages your second shift? The answer seems to be "NOBODY". You are sir, costing me thousands of dollars of revenue because of your inefficiencies and incompetency of your operations staff by letting my truck sitting on your lot almost one week now. It is a 3 or 4 hours of repair work, but your second shift staff can't seem able to pull it of. If I were you, I would have been ashamed of myself for treating my customers so poorly and running an outfit that this inefficient. I have to say that I commend you trying answer your reviews. Don't talk the talk. But walk to walk. Do something to improve your service standards at this location. First of all, have someone answer the phone for crying out loud. I tried 20 times some days with nobody answering the phone. A business establishment in service industry should be able to answer phones. This is very simple and basic thing you should try to accomplish. Answer the phone when customer calls. Please do not reply to this review unless you mean it.

I dropped off my truck last Monday for some recalls and couple more work had to we done the girl took my truck in she said it will take 24 to 48 hours before they can check my truck. She said she will call me and let me know what’s going on it’s Saturday now and she never called me . I’m calling every day to check On my truck but everyone’s keep telling me they still working on it and it will be done by end of the day but that day not coming.

The service department is open 24/7 and the parts department has a night window maybe closed some holidays.
