Stopped in to grab some items for my boss, as I am her assistant. “Alan” wouldn’t allow me to use my boss’s account for discounts. What terrible service, so here is a 1 star revenue.

Been trying to contact the pharmacy for two days via phone and it has not been picked up once. What a joke.

Sat around for a scheduled appointment in CVS for over an hour, checking in three different ways, no one showed up to give vaccination. My wife went to CVS to get our daughter a vaccination which she made an appointment for. 1. Got a text to check in, so she checked in using link in text message that went to CVS website 2. Site said "Thanks for checking in, please go to the pharmacy". 3. After 20 minutes of nothing happening, she waited in pharmacy line to get help, they told her they checked her in, go wait by minute clinic 4. Sat at minute clinic for 10 mins, and then someone came out from minute clinic and said "did you check in"? She said yes, but they said you need to check in at the minute clinic. But, she did not have a confirmation number. They said, "wait here, someone will be with you from the pharmacy, I promise" 5. After 20 more minutes, no one coming out, she waited in line again at the pharmacy. They said, "oh, that person went on break". 6. My wife then gave up. Side note: See image attached on how easy it is to use the CVS app, just a small booklet of info on a poorly made sign to show you!
