This nursing home wanted to hire me as a nurse very quickly without even waiting on a background check to come back. They wanted me to work in the Covid Unit and had 14 positive patients but they were retesting everybody. 2 Days Later the numbers doubled and we're up to 29. Nurses are staying home with their sick children but they are also staying home because they are covid-19. I declined the position. Especially because I am Covid-19 negative. I work in many nursing homes in the area and I do not want to put my residents, co-workers or myself at risk. This is somewhere where I would not want my loved one to stay. They have been reported to the health department as well as the local news

This place is horrible! My grandmother came here because she had fallen at home and broke her hip. She had requested to go to the bathroom and the staff would not take her. She then got up on her own and had another fall and was sent to the hospital. I understand that mistakes happen.. but someone who was in there for a fall should be a high fall risk and should be watched carefully. This staff is clearly careless. After her second fall, she was sent to the hospital and has since passed away... but her watch that she left behind was stolen. I am truly disgusted that there are humans that could be that awful. I sincerely hope that the staff member who stole her belongings has karma bite them! Do not send your loved ones here!
