I hired Aspen to remove mold in my attic. They were very friendly and professional. They offered advice on how to prevent mold in the future. The crew finished quicker than expected so they discounted the price for me from the original quote.

Aspen was professional from the start they immediately sent somebody out to do testing and then provided a very comprehensive plan for us to remedy the problem. When I had a few questions before service was performed the technician called me prior and walked me through everything. The crew that arrived was very proficient and got the job done in a timely manner. They were sensitive to Covid wearing masks upon entering the property and helped remove exposed items which was very helpful. The job was completed and I was very impressed and relieved with the outcome. Their administrative team followed up promptly and were great. I highly recommend this company!

Overall a really great experience. They came in and did a full inspection and broke down what the situation was with our house and the solution that they proposed. Everything went smoothly your quote was dead on to what we were actually charged. Everyone was friendly and professional. And we would highly recommend them to our friends and family going forward in the future. Great job!

Three days before we were about to host a baseball tournament with 8 teams coming from all around New England, Dover Baseball realized our scorers' booth had a leaky roof. When we started pulling out wet rugs and equipment, we saw we had a mold issue. The VERY NEXT DAY Aspen Environmental was on site to take care of our problem, allowing us to have a seamless start to the tournament. I cannot say enough about the responsiveness, professionalism and understanding of the team from Aspen. They saved the day for Dover Baseball and made sure the volunteers were able to work in a safe and clean environment. Thank you!

Whenever there is a water leak, you risk creating a habitat suited for mold growth, so it's best to have leaks fixed on time. Furthermore, if leaks occur in hard-to-reach areas, like inside your walls, you should call a mold remediation professional to inspect it and nip any mold growth in the bud.

The Water Damage Restoration Process Step 1: Emergency Contact. Step 2: Inspection and Damage Assessment. Step 3: Water Removal/Water Extraction. Step 4: Drying and Dehumidification. Step 5: Cleaning and Sanitizing. Step 6: Restoration.
Is it safe to stay in a room with mold? No, it is not safe to sleep in a bedroom with mold. Indoor mold of any exposure is worrisome, but mold in the bedroom is especially so, simply due to the number of hours you spend in your bedroom breathing it in while you sleep.
To simplify: Remediation is removing contaminated material and mold. Mold removal is the removal of actual mold from surfaces, but not removing the material.
Mold professionals will use an antimicrobial chemical to clean any remaining mold and mold stains after demo. Mold professionals often use a sealer or encapsulant to make the treated areas more resistant to water damage and mold, and also to help with odor control.
It is possible for mold to return after remediation, but only if you fail to find the source of moisture creating the mold problem. It is imperative that the source of water is fixed, whether that is a leaky window or a cracked pipe.
