Two good friends had a phenomenal experience at the Downtown Chicago Truluck and highly recommended it to us for our 24th anniversary. We went to the Rosemont location it had free self parking as well as paid valet parking. The restrooms are right at the entrance of the restaurant and were really clean and I love that they have mouth was in the restroom as well as the touchless ability to exit the restroom. Our seating: We did not have a intimate booth seating but instead a table in the opening near other tables that were occupied although the restaurant wasn't crowded and they knew we were celebrating our anniversary. Our food: For an appetizer I had the calamari which had a spice to it and was really good and tender. The parmesan yeast rolls were hot and hard and taste like plain rolls with no flavor. My husband had a cesar salad that appeared to be topped with two skinless sardines, there was nothing special about the salad other than it being a decent portion size. I ordered the prime king crab LEGS at market price of $129 and this was actually only one crab leg. The meat was too soft and lacked flavor even with the side of butter sauce that wasn't hot however the fresh squeezed lemon did add flavor to it. The crab legs did not stand up to the menu description or taste ocean fresh. My husband had the filet mignon with seasonings on the side. The filet was tender however it lacked flavor maybe if the steak was cooked with the seasoning it would have had a better taste and the steak was somewhat dry. The mashed potatoes were good and the portion size was large. The broccoli was huge and was also tasty. Dessert: I had the carrot cake, the candied pralines and carmel added sweetness to the cake, the portion size was large and the taste was good but not floor stopping. My husband had the chocolate cake that was good however did not care for the chocolate sauce poured over it. We spent $300 and the food, experience nor service made up for the cost. This was not a terrible restaurant just mediocre and nothing during the experience put Rosemont Truluck on my must return list.

Didn’t really care for our waitress in her little “red” dress. Restaurant was really nice, they had live music which was great. The crab fried rice was not what I expected, I’ve had better. The drinks were good. I would recommend just drinks.

For Valentine's dinner, we went and celebrated at Truluck's in Rosemont. What an outstanding experience... From the initial greeting all the way through dessert. Our waiter was Rudy, who was terrific. We could not have asked for a better server. My wife and I decided to share the sea bass and the steak, as well as a Caesar salad and shrimp cocktail. The shrimp cocktail was served next to dry ice which was simply a touch of class! For dessert, we enjoyed a special gift of Flambe Baked Alaska which was appropriately set on fire which was spectacular! To top off a perfect night, the singer at the restaurant was phenomenal. We didn't realize until after listening to 3 songs over the restaurant's sound system that it was actually a live singer. Thank You Truluck's for a wonderful memorable evening! A+++. Highly recommended. #TeamRudy

I want to say I normally cook Thanksgiving dinner but this year has been rough after losing my father and my SO being a first responder having to work, we were looking for somewhere last minute and found y'all on open table. Best decision! First off the decor is fantastic and just beautiful. Second the service from Rich was awesome. Third (really is tied for first) the food was Amazing! Best crabs, and sea bass I have ever had. He had the Thanksgiving feast and it was also fantastic. Thank you for the great experience and we will be back.

They have valet and driveway, where the valet setup, to pull up to the entrance and drop off at. All parking is probably 50-100 yards from that driveway.
