Worst service ever. We came through the drive thru placed a simple order. She had us pull to the side in the parking lot. Waiting for 30min we decide to go back to the drive through to see what was going on. She looks at us and says what! While she’s smoking. She told us that she already gave us our order. We had no food and said she gave our order to someone else. So we waiting longer for her to remake our food.

I was here for 30min waiting for an UberEATS delivery order to be made after going to the window, and there was only one other car in line when I had arrived. They gave me instructions to wait in a parking spot. After about 25min I went in to the restaurant myself seeing another person in there and they told me that they had already closed the inside dining area but the door was still open. The associate was actively in the process of finishing the order. I was baffled by how long it took. Good grief it was 6 nuggets a burger, fries, and medium doctor pepper. The only thing that got made was the burger. The fries, nuggets and doctor pepper either scooped or poured into a container.

Today I was a patron to the West seventh location in Fort Worth Texas. I ordered a number seven double with no tomatoes large with an unsweet tea. First off I only got a single and secondly I got a medium size and thirdly my tea tasted very sour. When I went to dump the tea out I found Broccoli florettes in the bottom of my cup. I am aware that Wendy’s doesn’t serve or sell broccoli. That Just makes this even more questionable. When I brought the cup back with the broccoli florettes to this location I was treated as if I was just looking for something for free. They didn’t take this seriously. In fact I felt more like a nuisance than anything. The manager on duty was extremely rude and was not very apologetic whatsoever in fact she was quite the opposite very quick to blame and very quick to assume that somebody was trying to pull a fast one. When I was crowded by 4 additional employees with them all continuously saying the same thing ‘we don’t serve broccoli here we don’t serve broccoli here we don’t serve broccoli here.’ It made the entire situation even more uncomfortable . The customer service at this location is below sup par even for fast food standards. All I wanted to do was let the staff know that this happened. I did not want anything, and I still do not want anything. I just wanted to make them aware that this happened so it wouldn’t happen to someone else. I sincerely hope that this location gets some customer service training Not only would it be beneficial to the company it would also be beneficial for the individuals that have absolutely no customer service skills for future jobs.

This is what a $12, #9, Large, double patty Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger Meal looks like when ordered at 9:45p. Can't call the number on the receipt to leave feedback. "Cuz no receipt was given." No ice in the drink whatsoever. Fries were filled less than half, also cold. Burger was barely warm and missing the fried onions. Employee's seemed to be more concerned with closing duties. I won't return to this Wendy's. Property is old and worn and probably should be closed. "The writing was on the wall." I just failed to read it. The In & Out Drive thru was packed next door and I was the only one at the Wendy's drive thru.
