Wendys on trail lake has went down. My burger was very cold I took it back. To get a new one. Help my mother to the car it was 15mins to close they had locked the doors the line was long .never got back in to get the replace food the drink machine was not right that was really bad service they need code of compliance to visit. Cell phones should not be used when you serve food.

Place my order and the cashier couldn't speak clear English, repeated the order multiple times until he finally called a mgr. She comes and deletes everything so the order would be right and still got it wrong. She began to get frustrated and walked away to take care of someone else as if she had completed our order. I hate this place, my first and last night going. But it doesn't matter I only go to Wendy's for the strawberry frosty anyway 🤷🏾‍♀️

The day's experience was not good. I waited in line behind behind someone who had run out of gas ordering at the microphone. They gothey got their gas and left within about 5 or 10 minutes 2 other cars pulled up that I pulled up to order a mango lemonade that's all I needed. No one came on the microphone right away so I said hello and a rude voice said the driver is add the drop through is closed right now I'm sorry I'm sorry our systems are frozen up and and I politely said can't I just get a mango lemonade I've been waiting about 15 minutes to get 1. She repeated the systems are froze and I said is the manager there still not upset. She said I am the manager and I said good customer service would give away a mango lemonade I've been waiting all the time she said no I'm sorry our systems are froze, we can't sell anything. She said you can come in to the lobby. I don't see how that would have helped me. I asked who is the owner and she said this is a franchise. I said I understand that who is the owner can I get the phone number there was no phone number on the window for a manager or anyone so she gave me a bogus number which I've called and got hung up on I can't wait to go back and talk to the real manager or owner maybe they care maybe they don't but I won't visit there again to buy. Very frustrating!

Friendly order taker at the drive thru and that is where it ended. There was only a couple of cars in the parking lot and one ahead of me and 2 behind me in the drive thru. My order was taken and read back to me and it was correct. Payed at the window and was not offered a receipt at the first window so I figured they would be in the bag.. pulled forward and my drinks were roughly handed out the window without even looking in my direction without straws so I waited for the food again figured they would be in the bag. Nope! Had to ask and was given attitude for asking. Chocked it up to maybe they were training and were overwhelmed. Got home fries were COLD and burgers were wrong. Then the worst part is they added cheese to a burger for a person who is lactose intolerant making the meal unable for them to eat. When I called up there I was hung up on on 3 three times. Horrible service..
