We walk to the counter and the employee shouts "We ain't got no ice!". I said Okay. Then she says, "we ain't got no pickles". It appeared she didn't want to be bothered by paying customers. By far the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. Avoid this establishment.

This location constantly frustrates me. I hate that I live near by but I should. The drive thru is always so slow. You'd think that someone orders and they cook the full meal fresh, check them out and give them their food before moving to the next person But Nooo. Still get cold food, missing items (tonight was a whole order of fries), or doesn't customize the burger. Oh and dont bother going to Bridge St. They're just as bad.

Just tried hot honey chicken sandwhich. Not good. Dry a$$ sandwich. Not enough sauce or honey. Cheese wasn't melted. It was spicy though I can say that much. ***previous review that sums up every time I've been to this location over the past 5yrs-> They don't believe in making your order correct! Multiple issues with this location. There's always something wrong. The workers tend to be young and take no pride in customer service or the customer experience.

This store would make Dave Thomas roll over in his grave. This has to be a $3 million investment and 100% of the staff sub standard. There were 7 people inside dining yesterday with bus am everyone left with the notion to ever return. Took forever to get our order from a total Unqualified young man our Oder took 15 min bathrooms nasty and the soft drink dispenser was partially working. Sorry Dave. This one needs new staff, cleaned to the core and hit the reset button. John Giles Montgomery
