I had such a horrible experience here! Every time my family and I come at night they take so long! You guys need to tell your workers to get there act together or hire new ones! They are so slow with the orders, I’m going to everyone I know to not come here!

Horrible experience. I went through the drive through at 10:50 PM. There was a 45 min wait. I was at the intercom 7 minutes before someone took my order. She told me I'd receive my total at the window. When I got to the window my order was incorrect. They didn't correct it. They forgot my drink and gave me a half full order of fries. Try another location!

When to get food ay about 12 midnight the night staff was only 2 at the time I arrived it was only a car ahead of me then another car pulled in i set 15min behind the car in front of me before they finally took there order and they pulled forward when I got to the order box the guy told.me to wait and I did for another 10min then I pulled up. And then waited another 6.min behind the car who was previously bin front of me. Once the car got its order it pulled off I pulled up. I explained to the young lady that I had waited and she proceeded to take my order the guys whom I assume was a over night manager. Got on to the girl for taking my order at the window then came and told me they couldn't. I explained I had been waiting he says.it on two people working. I asked what the store managers.name.was.he said they didn't have one I told him I would.be there first thing in the morning and and pulled off. I would have understood if there was a line around the building but 3 cars and both of you had on headsets and you could.keep.up with orders of 3 cars. And then was rude and wouldn't take my order like you were slammed unacceptable.

The past 4 times I’ve tried to come here around 1-2 AM, their system is down or they have so many door dash orders they won’t accept any drive thru orders. I don’t know what’s going on here, but that’s pretty unacceptable. If you can’t handle delivery apps AND serve your drive thru, maybe you should change something!
