4-14-22 I don't see a Google listing for the Minute Clinic at this location and this review is for that. I did a rapid covid test here (for travel) and the entire process was smooth and timely. Numerous verification texts and reminders. Was seen well before my appointment time. Results came within an hour. Dana was my LPN and was personable, professional, and is great at what she does. Very pleasant to be around. Good people are hard to find. Would use this location again for covid testing.

I just had the most amazing experience at this store. I've been in sales for over 20 years. Customer service is my thing. Let me tell you about the most amazing young lady that I had the pleasure of meeting. Kayleigh! Might have been one of the best experiences at a pharmacy EVER! I came in to pick up a new prescription recently and had just been there days before picking up another. I pulled up my GoodRX app after being quoted $85. She quickly jumped on her PC. Looked up the coupons for me. While doing that I mentioned how expensive the one I picked up a few days ago was. She looked up coupons for my previous prescription days ago. Applied that discount and 2 more on the ones I picked up that day.My difference was 3 cents! Next level Amazing!

My daughter and I live right around the corner so we go here often! The employees are all VERY nice and very helpful if you need to find something! Yes the pharmacy is busy but they are taking care of all of Oak Ridge! I have never had a problem at this store! Thanks for making me and my daughter feel so welcome!
