Arby's New Wagyu Burger For the first time in over 50 years, Arby's has added a burger to their menu. It's out now. And here is the proof. I just went to get one..and I have to say, I haven't seen a burger that pretty in a while! Two thumbs up Arby's!

When you just want some a little different but still only have time for a drive thru, this is the place to go. Only downside is they always run out of turnovers. Good people. Great customer service.

Please DO NOT go to this location at 3832 Altamesa Blvd. Fort Worth, Texas. First of all the guy that took my order and also was the cashier at the window, customer service was very lousy. His name is Carlos. At first I just ordered a turkey wrap with nothing else because I didn’t want any fries or anything because I’m trying to watch what I eat. I don’t think he liked that I just wanted 1 item because he started calling me ma’am. As if he was saying I annoyed him. Then I decided to go ahead and order a turkey gyro to go along with it. I did apologize to him for wanting to add to the order at the last minute by the way. So when I get to the window he takes my debit card, doesn’t show any politeness or courtesy for me being a customer. He didn’t even say thank you. He just said here you go when he gave me my card & food. I said thank you and he said uh huh. What kind of customer service is that?! If that wasn’t bad enough, when I get home the food was even lousy. First I didn’t get at least good customer service, then when I get home the food was prepared very lousy. It is the worst Arby’s to go to in the metroplex. It appeared that my food was just thrown together. The gyro had very little meat and way too much sauce with barely any lettuce. The wrap was made sloppy; it had way too much sauce as well, and the shell was torn. Every time I bit into both of them, the sauce was just too much. It was dripping out and even down the side of my mouth. Uugh! I was so mad! When I tried to call to complain, guess what, the line kept being busy. So that’s why I decided to give this review. I won’t ever go back there ever again.
