We bought 3 company c rugs 3-4 years ago. They were expensive. After about 18 months two of the three were fraying on both ends. Our nest is empty and they don't even get much traffic. We called Company C and they told us their warranty was one year and there was nothing they would do. Nothing. I would never buy any of their products again. Poor quality, and they don't stand behind them one bit.

Good Product bad business sense. I purchased some rugs approximately a month ago. Same rugs go on sale for 40% off a month later. I call them to see if they can work with me and they basically give me the policy stuff and no can do...blah blah blah. Ok. No more business from me or others I may have recommended. I understand policy...I also understand having the right to make prudent business decisions based on potential sales. I own 20 apartment buildings and was going to upgrade their interiors. I still will but not with Company C product.
