Have been a client for many many years, however this last experience was very upsetting to me I am physically disabled, I have a rare disease that makes it hard to do pretty much everything. On my last trip to the facility I was in a cast and braces up both arms. The intake worker was exceedingly rude to me. I thanked her for her help and was shushed and scolded for "interrupting" her. I apologized and she scoffed. She was very condescending In the clothing room was a young male worker and middle ages female worker talking about relationships and intimacy. In the pantry room, every question I asked was met with dirty looks and agrivation, likely due to the 3 or 4 workers getting upset that I interrupted their chatting. The kicker was their outright disregard for adaptations I needed. I have brought a person to help me "shop" for my pantry and clothes, due to having braces up to my elbows and a cast on my leg. They flat out refused to allow the person to help me. I was only offered help by one worker, who was a very kind man. Ultimately making a physically disabled person so physical activities due to denying their aide, is very upsetting. My review is based solely on my last experience. Prior experiences were met with kindness and professionalism. I do hope that this is a fluke situation, but I was very hurt with the way I was treated last time.

Amazing place! Best food pantry around and you get to pick out clothing for yourself and your children and the clothing room is huge with lots to choose from! Only 1 Thursday/mo are you allowed to go, but I look forward to it every month! Thank you to all who donate to this place!!
