Love taking this bus line to the airport. The traffic in Boston is too much for me so it's just easier to take the bus. Taking the bus home can be hectic because its first come first serve so if its busy then you may have to wait another hour for the next bus.

I had a ticket from Pinkham Notch to Boston at 8.07a.m. I was waiting a bus near visitor center, because when I got to PN I was dropped off near visitor center. At 8.10a.m. I saw the bus pass away and didn't even stop. I called to costumer service and said about it. I got answer that I was should go to the road and to stop the bus. First you had in your system information that you have a passenger in PN. Second If your bus route has a stop then bus has to stop there!!!! It is only one bus per day. Also you have to warn the costumer!!! If your bus don't stop at the all stops. By the way I got answer from costumer service that I should go to North Conway and I can get bus to Boston there at 2.50p.m. I I've caught a car on the road and got a ride to North Conway. But there I had learning that first bus stop in Conway!!!! I got uber rode to Conway. Finally I am on the my way to Boston, but it is terrible experience. I am so disappointed. Somebody can lose flight/transfer/time and money, because your irresponsibility.
