Worst Place to Live. We parked my Son bike outside of our apartment. Some neighbor person stolen it. When we compliant to Management. Irresponsible answer from them, When I discussed with other, Most of the people have similar issues. Then I realize I wasted my time staying here. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I have lived at Alton Woods for years and love the community. The pool is a real hot spot in the summer and always very clean, the pool monitor for the last couple years is fantastic and friendly to everyone. The clubhouse is great for birthday parties and other gatherings you may have all for a reasonable fee. It’s a safe community, people walk the circle all year round its nice to see everyone getting outside and the playground the kids are out playing often too. Great place to live and have children.

No. This is a standard apt complex. But it is a very nice place to live. There is an assisted living place in the heights though.
No, the individual apartments do not have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundry room with 3-4 of each in each building.
