People were nice but…. My glasses came in and they were not what I asked for. They replaced them for a fee. Their pricing is RIDICULOUS I paid $1000 for two pair with insurance an no eye exam. I bought them 2 weeks prior. They were not adjusted correctly and fell off my head and where scratched. Tried to replace the lens and was told they are scratch resistant but you didn’t pay for the protection plan so it will cost $500 for new lenses. I WILL NEVER GO TO LensCrafters AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

The Dr. was very friendly and personable. I appreciated that she wanted to re take pictures of my eyes until she was satisfied with the accuracy of the imaging. The in store experience was very relaxed. The people are very friendly and willing to help without being pushy or pretentious.

I had the great pleasure of working with Sarah on the retail side and Dr. Lach and her team for my eye exam. It was a professional and wonderful client experience. I look forward to using this Lenscrafters in the future.

Stopped by Lenscrafters and Steeplegate Vision to make an appointment for my annual exam. To my delight, there had been a cancellation and they took me immediately. The doctor who examined me was thorough, skilled and friendly. After getting my new prescription I selected new frames and ordered the lenses & finished eyeware. All very efficient and helpful in the store itself. My vision is obviously important so I have come to trust the team here and am always satisfied.

Without insurance it is $138 A CL exam without insurance is $208.
Call the independent doctors at the LensCrafters location, because they most likely accept different insurances, but most likely you will have to go to a small optical shop. The Concord location doesn't take Medicare to pay for frames or lenses.
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
No, once the doctors leave that's it
Call the independent doctors and make an appointment, it's option number 1 when you call. Option 2 is for frames and lenses at LensCrafters.
Unfortunately, they no longer have a full lab since the move, so it can take at least 7 days depending on your RX and type of lens. They do have some emergency lenses in limited ranges. As a whole LensCrafters no longer does or advertises 1 hour service.
