I spent 4 hours here unintentionally because of track work from 10pm - 2am. First off, allow me to say that I got to know this station extremely well after I missed the train home twice because of being on the wrong side of the tracks. It's a very accessible station and even the sidewalks are accessible in this little Long Island town. The concrete looks like it was just laid yesterday and they even have support to charge your devices at many spots and high speed WiFi to accommodate you while you wait. It's a very clean station.

Parking has been horrendous for over 4 months w construction and they have over zealous meter maids that ticket you even thought you use a voucher BC you park in open spots BC over 40 spots are taken with construction vehicles supplies etc.

Paid parking. 4 dollars a day with scratch off ticket sold at the deli and taxi stand. The area is under construction so parking is limited until they fix it up.
Go to the front of the train toward south 12thst
Schedule may change / trains get cancelled due to railroad tracks works or other incidents , always check MTA official application or website or Twitter for an update, a regular rider may have the same question , pls check and confirm the changes with officials.
