My family and I had a great experience, the food was freshly made, it is McDonald’s so you get McDonald’s food quality! But regardless, staff was nice, place was clean, very colorful interior, great for kids.

Consistently terrible. Almost always count on you this store to mess up your order. Whether it’s through DoorDash, in person, or in the drive through. Maybe if they trained their employees there would be better service :/ (former employee)

Waited Twenty minutes for two soft drinks. Inside, no line. No one attending to Cash register, used kiosk. But got scolded for stepping behind counter to get napkins!

I can go to 38th street right now and get a shamrock shake, but for some reason, this location ALWAYS has the shake machine down. I love down the street and have been here 4 days in a row, just for a shamrock shake, yet every time the machine is down.
